Ok, round 1 of the Hollywood Physique Challenge has come to an end. I’ve made it the full 14 weeks of the program. Thank you for following my progress here. I hope you weren’t looking at my topless photos during work.
As you can see there were some big changes. Here’s the most dramatic visualization.

The lighting definitely changed through the process but you should be able to tell that a ton of fat came off my body. And my shoulders, chest, and arms changed their shape quite a bit.
What I’ll Be Doing Now.
For the next 2 weeks I’m going to be using the ‘What To Do After’ guide inside THP. It’s basically a vegetarian diet, and full-body workouts 3 times a week. The goal isn’t to put on muscle but to maintain and take a break from meat.
After those 2 weeks, I’ll be in Mexico for 3 weeks. The first week in Mexico is ‘vacation’ so I’ll be treating it as a full break. The next 2 weeks will be spent eating mainly vegetarian and clean, with a lot less food overall.
When I get back to the States in February, I’ll be starting from week 15 and going for round 2 of the Hollywood Physique. I want to see how far I can take this!
